Kelly & Walsh var et større forlag med hovedsete i Shanghai som publiserte bøker på engelsk. Det ble grunnlagt i 1876 i Shanghai. Det var mest aktivt fra 1880-årene til 1930-årene, og publiserte også bøker i andre byer: Hongkong, Singapore, Tokyo og Yokohama. Etter at Japan angrep Kina flyttet det til Hongkong, og ble til slutt oppkjøpt av Swindon Book Co. Ltd.
Navnet Kelly & Walsh benytes nå av en liten kjede bokhandlere i Hongkong.
